Help identify buff/debuff addon

I am having problems with my UI and I cant seem to figure out which addon is displaying all these buffs and debuffs on my screen. Can anyone identify (and help me figure out how to disable this part of it) the addon that is creating the list of debuffs or buffs that are circled on the screen?
