LF: 3.10 Mana Regeneration Model

Title says it all, does anyone have a solid formula for deriving mana regeneration from spirit/intel for patch 3.10?

Wowwiki's rather out of date. I need it for some Smite theorycrafting. Let me know, thanks.

Take the formula on wowwiki, multiply by 0.6. (nerf by 40%)
That's the new formula

Keep in mind that FSR regen is now 50% of OOFSR regen.
