Best Race Ally for a priest PvP?

Jw ive been waying the racials and im leaning towards human but still cant decide what the best race for a priest would be on ally for pvp

dwarf isn't the best pvp race now , its human, humans dominate in the pvp aspect for alliance.

Spotting rogues a little(very little) easier? yeap
+ reputation gains = more accessible reputation gear? why not?
smiting the unholy with your trusty mace and being actually able to hit them?

Now why even want dwarves?
Disease dispell? Check, already have that.
Frost resistance? For what?
GUN specialisation (ok you can't say no to that now can you?)
treasure finding? ooooh! shiny!

Then there is draenei, you can take them for the /laugh and the racial heal but the rest suck (1% chance too hit is good though)

Ive never had much taste for pvp, but if you disagree with dwarf being the best i can tell you are a sub 1500 player.

racials are not permanent, there's always possibilities of nerfs every patch, so i wouldn't choose your race base on that.

just choose one that won't make you puke while looking at it

human is the midpoint between neutral looks and racials.

You seem to forget that racials are a HUGE part of PvP balance. Humans are far better then any others at this point.

I would say on a PVP realm, human, because of the built-in trinket always giving you an advantage in world PVP while levelling and being good at level 80 too.

This. It's also quite nice for arena/bg PvP as it frees a trinket slot and it's pretty damn sweet for some PvE fights should you ever decide to PvE.

Seeing rogues doesn't make a difference, they are going to get you and it doesn't matter.

Stoneform = nice help fighting rogues / warriors, and can really screw up a dk that has loaded up all his diseases on you and about to unload dps.

They are on the same cooldown, but it still means you can use another trinket instead of the PvP trinket.

Didn't stoneform get changed to just remove poisons/bleeds/etc instead of grant immunity??? If that's the case, DK's are the only ones that might get alittle upset by the racial. A rogues poison is applied on hit, and even with a 30% chance it proc's almost every time. A warrior can just reapply the bleed with his next attack with little effort or care. And the only reason a DK might care is cause it means he has to reapply his DoT's.

I would go with human hands down, personally.

The only reason what made Dwarfs the best pvp race was fear ward and stone form that made you immune to poisons,bleeds,diseases for...was it 10secs? Now fear ward has been given to all priest races and stoneform is garbage since they removed the immunity, so now you get every poison,bleed,disease reapplied to you the second you burn your racial....very usefull. Dwarfs are at the bottom with nelfs now, atleast nelfs got the looks...while dwarfs look like a walking potato sack.

I'd go human anyday, their racials beat up the other races by far.

No, its true. You can use two trinkets instead of one and a PVP trinket though.

Because seeing a rogue and throwing a SW:P to knock him out of stealth before he opens up on you is useless?

The diseases can and will just be instantly reapplied now.

all i'm saying is that things change with time and that you never know when a racial will be nerfed to the ground so don't put all your coins in one bag.
