9/10. sexy sexy gear, although i've heard you can get some BIS from 10 man toc heroic, and 4p isnt that amazing, so i'd switch if i were you,

just be sure to take this with a grain of salt as my rogue is now my alt, used to be my main and on of my mates is a nearly full BIS rogue.

I'd go for probably 6/10, not bad for regearing in about 4 weeks time.

Expertise is not a big deal with combat, definitely not to the point where you want to gem for it, and at 13 i'm still not getting enough dodges to have any real cycle stability issues. If I were mutilate, I would agree with you. My hit rating is not an issue either due to my typical raid composition (always a draeni, always a shadow priest and/or moonkin). My gem choices are directly derived from the recommendations given to me by Aldriana's latest combat spreadsheet. The socket bonuses for those particular gems are good, hence why I gemmed them.

Pretty solid rogue, I may have to fault you only VERY slightly on skinning if you are a raiding rogue.

Gemming wise you should generally be putting the "blue" to active the meta in the armour piece leading to the best socket bonus. For yourself it's probably the chest. The gemming on the bracer is a little suspect too, when offered a yellow socket (like on the ring) Agi/AP+crit (Deadly Ametrine) will give slightly more dps than sticking a +20 Agi/ArP in everything. Rather than the agi/stamina gem a single nightmare tear (+10 all stats, counts as all 3 colors) will do better for meta requirements.

Re-gem the chest to whatever Cardinal, Deadly Ametrine and Nightmare Tear.
Re-gem the ring (and any yellow sockets I missed) to Deadly Ametrine.

As far as ArP goes, yup, you're definitely in the right gear to make the switch, i'm not sure if it would work out without an ArP proc trinket though, the spreadsheets will tell you, there's a version out with Armory import now so it's very easy to check. You won't GAIN masses of dps but for ToC raiding the ability to run evis only cycles (drop rupture completely, even with the 2 set T9, the proc is so rare as to make the 2 set trash) will result in better use of the DPS you can lay down. Bursting down Snobolds/Mistress of Pains/the shields on twins without having to wait for rupture to tick away helps a lot.

Spec wise you're not QUITE set right (it's very close) go full 3/3 Imp Evis, drop a point in Ruthlessness. It's also worth considering dropping to 2/5 Relentless Strikes and picking up 3/3 Vile Poisons (but the ArP re-gem may alter that).

Otherwise very solid, I think you could get another 100ish dps out of your rogue tho with a re-gem and minor tweaks. The spec tweak is worth ~50 dps for me and the gem tweak another ~32dps.

Mine has bad off-hand enchant, considering a Mongoose till I get a better OH. (Mongoose sits about 5dps down from Beserking belive it or not, unless you're close to the crit cap).
I'm also way heavy on hit but just don't have the gear to switch in to lower it

For the guys suggesting dropping deadly ametrines - you may want to check with the sheet. If I dropped Deadly's to go full ArP/Agi i'd be down about 32 dps. It's not much sure but it's a loss.

All gems and enchants are appropriately placed. A bit jealous of the trinket :P. I've been trying to get either Grim toll or Mjlonir to drop for 2 months now. I'd say try to get a new offhand preferably one without the expertise as your a bit high.

Some slack enchants, and the blue gems are gimping you. Also you could pretty easily get the 245 bracers and mirror of truth. And you have PvP enchants on head and shoulders. Also overcapped on Expertise but so am I

I dont see anything wrong,except maybe replace the gems that arent epic quality and put 10 agi 10 crit in your orange sockets. also get berserking on the MH and OH. 8.5/10

Mine gear is not that good :X I pass on everything for people and I need to get some new tier and gear, yet when no one else needs it, it doesn't drop
