9/10 - Pick up the axe when you can. Also I'd put a straight agility enchant on your boots. The minor movement speed is pretty meh; considering you'll have sprint up most of the time you honestly need to move a large distance. o-o

It looks good enough for me...
I'd change your main hand weapon for that pretty axe from madness or the heroic morningstar, since it seems like you're already killing heroic bosses.
Also... dat trinket, you are using a pvp trinket! hopefully it was just a mistake (solo-ing kael'thas anyone?)
The cloak enchant... I'm not really sure, but I think the 65 Crit was a little better, but if you're going to change it for Rhyolith's cloak I suppose it doesn't matter too much.

I left my group, and joined a different one to help around a month ago. My new group had less progress and only has 1 or 2 raids per week. I think we'll be able to kill warmaster this week :3

Edit: Forgot to log out in my Combat spec... which is my actual main spec, I only use subtlety for a couple fights.
