Gear looks pretty solid. Gemming is dead on. Try and get that Cindershard Ring from Ignis! I know bad luck is bad.

Try and get the Footpads of Silence. The massive stat gain overweighs the expertise/ArP. According to Aldriana's spreadsheet.

Also, I can't decide which to use and not break the 4set bonus...the Thorim25 hard mode chest, or the Yogg25 1 Light legs. I have them both. Kinda like the armor pen on the legs.

Expertise capping as combat is pointless. Your finishers can't be dodged. This diminishes the value of expertise significantly to the point where it's ok if it just comes on your gear, but you shouldn't be gemming it.

only thing i would suggest is to go Combat... ;P

Blue gems in boots/pants are redundant. You should just put your 3 prismatics (which should all be agility, not some mix of AP and agi) in your gear that gives the 3 best bonuses, and just dump 16agi in the rest. Your neck/ring have inferior socket bonuses, so ditch the gems in them for 16 agi and put your prismatics in your fist/legs/boots. You're also close to the point where you could go ArP. Get yourself a MR from 10man hard thorim and dive in. Check the spreadsheet first, you might need a few more pieces of BiS. Enchants are solid. Spec is solid.

You should grab the Crafted boots, try to get Fluxing energy coils off of XT 10 man hard.

gear is very good, but it's not a 10/10
still missing the ring from algalon, cloak from vezax 10man hard and bladetwister. everything else is dead on.

and don't rate the thrown. For pve I have the rifle of kologarn (I think), but thrown weapons just don't want to drop for me.

Masticator/IG have refused to drop, I have a Nobles deck(Need to wait till tommorow to turn it in) and Aldriana's spreadsheet says Shoulderpads of the Monolith are actually better with my gear setup.

They are. However, I'd still pick them up eventually due to the fact that you'll want them in BiS configuration. T8 Shoulders + Thorim Chest > T8 Chest + any other shoulders.
