I am currently top dps in my guild, but how can I improve?

Only suggestion I can make is get a bit more expertise, 26 is the cap and you are down at 10. Other than that seems fine.

Gogo farm FoS to replace GT? Hit rating not too important and I also think youre crit is quite low so might consider farming for that needle scorpion-thingy(or youre maybe alrdy doing it) :P

Not much to say about it, though I wouldn't agree with putting AP/Haste gems in unless it's a yellow slot (Until your gear levels are higher, end-ICC level)

Very good, but you could improve your boots enchant. I'd use Cat's Swiftness but Icewalker would be better than 32AP as well.

You could also consider gemming AP/Hit in yellow sockets, could prove a tiny tiny bit better than haste for combat.

Actually changed my boot enchant recently, only just picked them up (Hurts inside getting gear from 5-Mans still), but hasn't updated yet. Given that I'm already over the Poison Hit Cap however, I felt that Haste was probaly better, thanks.

As for yours, well, 9/10, nothing wrong with it except needing upgrades, and giving 10/10 until in perfect gear is just, wrong! Only issue I have is the Expertise gems, but as you say it's your off-spec and they make sense for your Mutilate spec.

Apart from the generic rogue-type name, the only issue I see with you is the gemming. A combat rogue should be pure arp (save for one +10 stats gem for meta) as far as I am aware. 8.5/10

Everything looks very good. You're perfectly expertise capped, and your gems look good.

It would only be a slight dps increase but the 23 haste to cloak is currently better for ya.

And maybe pick up the badge thrown or a Heroic Diplomat for your ranged slot.

k um, you want a slower MH for your wep. try the http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50315 it is a random drop from any of the new 5mans on heroic. Also try getting a OH that is 1.5 or faster.

I'd say about 8/10. Quite some upgrades to go and your belt is socketed wrong, should be a 20ap/10haste gem for the socket bonus(since it's yellow). Also a bit high on hit and low on haste, this should resolve itself with some ICC upgrades tho. And we will need the hit later on.

I've made the decision to try out as much haste as possible without gimping my attack power, hence the 20ap/10haste gems in red sockets aswell.

- EQ is okay, it looks like you have the possibilty to collect 258 itemlevel loot from toc hero, but you killed your 4pcs bonus. Dont really know why: I would go as fast as i can for the 2pcs t10x. The 2 pcs. bonus is very strong, the 4pcs bonus is not that bad too. Did not check your current EQ with a spreadsheet, maybe it would not be that thumb to wear 4t9.58 bonus until you can switch to 2 t10 pieces. its a difference of 7 itemlevel for 4pcs right now.
- Echanting is fine, but Enchant Boots - Icewalker would be the better enchant imo.

Well Mr. Grand Crusader, you certainly have some nice gear. You appear to be well aware of stats and so on. It's still cool to be combat rogue no matter what! I myself is muti however.

I give you 9.5/10 only cause I believe that Mjolnirs runestone would be a better trink for you, and DV HC if you can get your hands on that would be better then WFS. Otherwise good to see a top end combat rogue. Alot of upgrades for you in ICC 25 however, guess you just haven't been lucky.

Very nice feedback, thank you. And yea I have the possibility to get 258 items but I've not been lucky with the drops I want(Belt, legs and ring mainly) and I only had the 245 t9 pieces so I figured the bonus wasn't really worth it. Im also not that far away from the crit cap currently so I have to be careful which upgrades I choose. Just wanted to clarify.
Ps. Switching to Icewalker tonight, got some nice upgrades yesterday.

Generally a well geared rogue, set out with a nice amount of hit, expertise capped and all. Only thing i could say is try trade a little ArP for crit where possible.
Contradicting to the crit comment, get +32AP on boots instead of the icewalker. You're fine on hit rating as is, i'd say.
