    Resilience changes

Resilience: No longer reduces the amount of damage done by damage over time spells, but instead reduces the amount of all damage done by players by the same proportion. The other effects of resilience (reducing critical chance, critical damage and mana drain effects) have not changed.

So what the means is that if you don't have a mana draining partner as a paladin. You better get out now. This is a massive decrease in all DPS if it stays at current levels. If it stays the way it is, its almost a 15% flat damage reduction in all high end teams with 1000 plus resilience healers and dps. To think of it better.... every player is now running around with barkskin on. As if killing a healer wasn't hard enough already now you get your damage cut down by 15%.

EDIT: had wrong values for damage reduction
