Ok, i seem to have some problems with model viewer.. it have happened 3 times now, during the modelling everything is fine but when i take a screenshot of it and put it into photoshop the shoulders is getting transp.. and i don't know why. it have happened with the shamans tier 5 shoulders and the priests merciless + vengefull.. why is this happening ? hope on an answer quick! it seems to happen when i save it as PNG..

It's because the model vewer chooses transparency on the basis of the background's colour. The easiest solution is to look for a colour that is not there (if the armour is green and the char is a Troll, ergo blue, go for red for example). If that still doesn't work for you, you'll have to manually fill in the whole alpha layer (the layer that controls the transparency), then select the background through the colour selection tool and turn it transparent.
