Most likely stock images from the internet. They look far too detailed for anything ingame.
No offence, just some general criticism, but the character looks very squished in that. I'm sure there's an option in Photoshop that lets you resize the image but also keeps its proper proportions so that it doesn't end up being squished. I would find out what the tool is called but I don't have Photoshop installed on this computer just yet.
