General colour scheme: Being a raging berserker, red/black are probably best, but as long as it fits the theme of "I'm a totally awesome raging berserker orc!" it's fine.
Any extras: If we could kind of have a blackwing lair / blackwing descent kind of setting that would be amazing.

It's very nice, but it's way over the allowed file size for MMO-C signatures (50kB, yours is actually 75,1). One tip is to save it as .jpg instead of .png.
If you are using Photoshop you can use the Save for Web option and you get more control over the size when saving.
