SoB or SoC?

Im not sure if this topic is around somewhere, I didnt see it..

Here is my question, which seal does more overall dmg, blood or command?
From what I can tell from recount, command crits slightly harder, but blood hitting for more holy dmg each swing (command is "chance" whereas blood always does fyi) adds up.

So I was wondering if someone has a definitive answer to this. I realize that SoV is better overall for bosses and such ( or so I heard ) but I'm talking about non-boss, shorter fights.

SoC can be bursty, but you may have an unlucky streak and have it not proc. SoB is constant, so it's your best seal right now until 3.2 hit.

Really? What are we supposed to use instead? Since others seem to say this is the best seal to use atm.

At the moment it is. They are redesigning seal of vengeance. 78 posts about that one :-)

It has already been changed...

Its tentative for PvP in 3.2. Even with the changes to SoV in 3.2, once you talent up for the improved damage you loose the much needed 1minute SS and Imp HoJ, and also the guaranteed +8% mana back when Judging with Command.
