Mana regen is fine. If you have wisdom and use your DP every minute you will not run OOM.

Its only if you have mana problems, and if you go by the FCFS you shouldn't.

you shouldn't be using glyph of seal of blood on live as it is.

only in pvp is the glyph worth it's salt.

I only go OOM on "gimic" fights like if Im in Arena for Thorium

I agree SoB glyph is a bit awkward, I am still wearing it as a form of tests and I don't see a huge net income of mana to warrant it's use over consecrate.

Consecrate is better DPS overall anyhow.

you do know that mana returned from JotW is greatly increased when fighting vezax, ya?
something along 35% of your total mana. there is no way you could ever go oom on that fight.
