Is it just me or does Anub'arak seem weak?

How do you know it is undertuned? For the last boss of an instance, I would rather have an overtuned fight then an undertuned.

Do you have any idea of about WHY bosses are undertuned on a PTR?

the boss testing on the PTRs is just for bugfixing and detection of possible glitches/exploits.
the main focus here is to let a lot of people experience the full length of each individual encounter (thus premades).
its about the fight mechanics not about the numbers (these can be done by a monkey with a calculator in a broom closet anyways).
but i guess most people will never get that.
