I run everything low as possible with 60 Refresh rate and 24 bit 1x Color if that has anything to do with it I've also been getting low fps in other games I play witch ran quite high FPS :S
****I'm Using the FPS macros that are on a Sticky post and I just DL'd GameBooster from it****
You probably installed a program in Windows recently that is running in the background. Have you installed a new antivirus or antispyware program, at about the time your fps took a nosedive?
TuneUp Utilities 2009 can really help alot increasing your PC's performance by removing unnessecary data, close unnessecary running programs in the background and make many suggestions for how to increase PC performance. Try the trial and see if it helps a little or else you might new the reboot (not sure if that's what it's called on english). Pretty normal when it has been used for a year.
