    "Nerfs"

    I just find it funny that with the "nerfs" in 3.2 people are reporting smaller conflags when the only spells affected were incin and chaos bolt.

    I guess just another example of how its true that people will QQ just for the sake of QQing.

    well there was the resil change... which affected all damage that might be what you're seeing

    On average I'd expect Conflagrate to hit for 8-11% less based on decent to great PvP gear.

    While that may be true I was talking about the people QQing their conflag hitting less in PvE. PvP is another story.
