it seems a trophy drops from each boss, 1 per raid. 3 tokens are awarded to all players, 10 and 25 man. Hard mode is yet to be seen.

10man = no tokens, just badges. Buy your t9(ilvl232) for badges.
10man-hard and 25man reg. = badges and 1 trophy per boss. Buy your T9.33 (ilvl245) for 1 trophy+badges.
25man-hard = badges and regalia token per boss. Buy your T9.66 (ilvl258) for 1 regalia token.
These tokens have the same classes as before. ex. Pally, Priest, Warlock; however they can be used to buy any of the 5 pieces.

There isn't on the trophies, but there is on the tokens. Just no gear restriction on what you can buy with the token.
