Lifetap glyph for destruction warlocks.

Greetings

I haven't played in a while due to exams and other RL stuff, but I have a question about the lifetap glyph.
I frequently see people on different forums saying destruction locks need to change glyph of immolate to glyph of lifetap.

Is this a worthwhile dps increase? During fights where you need to move around alot I suspect it is, however during stand and nukes like xt I tend to OOM after a while so I could work LT into my rotation.

Pros of the glyph are probably:
+ 20% spirit=> spellpower
+ can be used while moving
+ most locks need to LT anyway even if they have talents like soul leech

Cons of the glyph:
- 1gcd every 40 seconds
- giving up glyph of immolate( 10% more dmg on immolate=> 8% more dmg on conflagrate)

And what talent build would go with this glyph? Do most people tend to stick with 13/58 or drop soul leech and spend the points elsewhere( like surpression but not having difficulties reaching hit cap with ulduar gear)?

PS: EJ has no information about Glyph of LT beating Glyph of immolate as far as I know, links to EJ reffering this topic are more than welcome.
