Frost DPS Hit Cap (Melee & Spell)

My DK is a Draenei, has Virulence(Rank 3), uses 2H weapons, and is frost dps spec. What should my melee and spell cap be?

13% is the spell hit cap.

HOWEVER, if you're not chaining IT, I'm not sure whether you should go for melee or spell.

If you're 2h Frost dps, RESPEC ASAP! if you want to keep using 2h go Blood (51/0/20*) or UnholyOB (0/17/54). If you wanna stay Frost, go DW (either 3/51/17** or 0/53/18)

You can go UA (one point taken from BCB) if you wan't more controlled burst. It's a personal preference tho
