Need Dual Wield Frost DPS Macro and Addon Help

hello all, recently switch to the standard frost dual wield spec and was wondering if anyone had any useful macros not only for dual wield spec but any useful DK Dps macros.

but more importantly was wondering if anyone had an idea for any useful addons that could display maybe or let me know when certain things like killing machine and rime proc so i would have an easier time knowing when to hit howling blast and such any ideas would be great

or even if anyone knows any DK specific Addons that are must haves

well i use an addon called : event alert.

its a square block with the km or rime icon.
you can place it where you want and it makes a sound when km or rime procs ( you can alter the sound )

first most you need a good rune counter. the base is ok but it doesn't deal with timers very well.
second, you need a good disease timer.

but these are vital to every DK. I personaly use DK info runes. yes the base set up is not good. the others however are VERY nice.

Death knights have lots of CDs to monitor. runes, diseases, Grip, DnD, etc.. so either a good timer bar mod or something like Power Auras will have a large impact on your ability to respond quickly.

if your looking to raid...Id really suggest looking at Kyth's UI. while i personally dont like her set up...her addon choices and use of them will defiantly get you on the right track.

Best macros for Frost are "on-use cooldowns" -macros, like

#showtooltip
/cast Obliterate
/cast !Rune Strike
/use 13
/use 14
/cast Blood Fury

Since Frost lacks real burst (like Blood, which has DRW, Hysteria) it's better to keep cooldowns on cooldown all the time
13 and 14 are trinket slots, Blood Fury is for Orcs only. I have Rune Strike (on all my main abilities actually) macroed for possible attacks parried (adds<3).

DO NOT USE ROTATION MACROS if you want to max out your DPS.

you can set it up easily with trinket procs too

for me for dwing i only enable km and rime

so if i see 2 icons up that have procced i fire off HB
