Is it worth it to get 3 pieces of mooncloth and 2 pieces of satin to recieve two +50 resil bonuses? Or is the 2 sec CD on weakened soul a big deal I should strive for?

It's not worth it. 4 piece bonus is a life saver, 50 resilience on 1k resilience character won't win or lose the match, but the shield in the right moment will.
