8/10 for what is obviously a mostly 10 man only player. It's hard to blame you for being over hitcap given hit is so abundant on ICC gear, but I would suggest starting to find those haste/crit items.

I actually raid 25 man more often but end up rolling against a lot of plate melee DPS for upgrades. When I do run a 10 man I am usually the only person rolling on plate DPS items. I just got the Fleshrending Gauntlets (BiS) but need to get my T10 chest before using them.

9.5/10 You have impressive gear and a good spec but if you are that hardcore I am curious why you have alchemy when blacksmithing or engineering is a bigger DPS increase. You should also look to replace your T10 gloves since you have 5 T10 items.

I play sort of casually but I always try to be the best I can, I might have a few gems wrong, I'm not too sure.

not bad for just being casual. I do believe the Ashen ring is wrong though. Last time I looked the DPS ring (agil) was actually still better. Other then that I want some of your gear.

My main is a hunter honestly have been having a ton more fun playing on the pally though lately. While I have hit ICC 10 it's mostly with guild and being that this is my alt I pass on the upgrades if a main raider needs them so I do as best as I can. (btw the trinkets suck but not much I can do right now saving the rest of my badges for my t10 chest)

Obviously alot of room for upgrades but right off the bat I'd probably think that getting the triumph badge libram of valiance would be a big upgrade that you can get really fast. It's only like 25 badges so just a few heroics really.

Now for my question. Specifically on my belt, Vengeful Noose. Is it worth gemming Inscribed Ametrine there with a +6 agi bonus. I know if it was strength it would be but not sure on an agi bonus. Any other suggestions are always welcome.

It appears that you are a Str purist. Unfortunately, it's hurting you too. You bought the plate emblem belt and you are now 183 hit rating over the cap because you're a Draenei. Choose your fights carefully. Shunning leather gear right now when it is clearly better is a mistake. The system is going to get changed. There is no need to jump the gun. I'll make the list of things I see and you can feel free to reply.

-Wrong cloak enchant. 23 Haste > 22 Agi with 4T10
-Wrong glove enchant. 44AP > 20 Agi always.
-Wrong boot enchant. 32AP > 16 Agi
-Wrong rep ring
-Your use of your Nightmare Tear is less than optimal. When you are deciding where to put it, you should factor in how many hybrid gems are required to make the socket bonus. Right now, with your NMT in your chest, you are using two hybrid gems to make an 8 Str bonus. That's effectively 4 Str per hybrid. Had you placed your NMT in your belt or weapon, you would have gotten 6 Str for your NMT and would have socketed pure Str in your chest.

Plate/Str purists look really REALLY silly when they are that far over the hit cap and enchanting Agi on every piece they possibly can.

Yeah I need to get Fleshrendings but they have yet to drop when I'm in there so I'm stuck, and may just upgrade my T10s if I can get an extra token from my 10m this week.
I need to drop a hit item either way though, been hoping for Valritha's 10mh bracers so that I can at least do that til fleshrendings finally fall my way.

I chug them full time, trash, while ressing, 5 mans, dailies, any boss fight where it wont make a difference over a runic (though I carry both runics and speeds for fights that matter). I've used the endless over 10000 times since respeccing alchemy from mining (used to be a tank) a few months ago.

Honestly, I would never drop alchemy for ~10ap because I love my endless just that much. I've been considering engineering for Jewelcrafting, given the way it outscales it, but Alchemy is there to stay, because although the flat boost might be slightly less, in the long run it does so much more for me in every aspect of the game.

Engineering ain't no walk in the park either- After power leveling both Blacksmithing and Enchanting on my DK, I can tell you just how painful and expensive Engineering is now (although it is MUCH better than it has been over previous years).
