Bumping this thread.
Wanting to know if I did some oversights and what should my dps be ? I'm currently doing 14.2K dps on raider's dummy for a 15minutes bashing with only BoM. I don't know if I can expect much more.

I would consider replacing Shoulders with Vicious Gladiators shoulders it would be an upgrade over the current blue shoulders and the 2PC would be a strength upgrade.

Seocnd piece of T11 out weighs the Relic by a landslide, You are prot spec'd for talents on the Armory so I can't really be sure what your secondary stats are all sitting at I didn't bother checking talents for Hit/Exp etc. I personally would go for T11 legs before gloves and if you PvP I would get 2PC Vicious Shoulders and Gloves + PvP Relic instead.

Overall it's a better option for building a Ret set.

Gathering profs arent for raiding! Also, get the VP libram, its BIS so always a good investment.

Gemming:

Switch the Orange in your Boots for Red the Strength socket bonus isn't enough it would need to be 20 or more.

Gear Choices:

I would consider the Floating Web it's actually the best we have access to if we can use the Expertise and you can.

Overall you are going in the right direction but you could optimize and look into buying specific items which would help quite a bit.

1. Hyjal Rep Belt
2. T11 Chest
3. Floating Web
4. Relic

That is where I would get started.

You have a considerable amount of reforging you can do to really up your overall DPS.

That is where I would start, I would also replace those Gloves with PvP Vicious for the 2PC PvP bonus and the CS Bonus. You could also look into the Floating Web even more Mastery and on top of that you are in a position to be able to reforge Expertise off if you can come across some more.

First off, Hit/Exp cap are very necessary. You are 6.42% Hit, and you need 8% (Or should definately have 8% for Raiding, and if you are doing just for PvP then you only need 5%).
Wrong enchant on wrists, hit/exp caps, can basically be reforged to a very close cap .1-.2 between cap. You are also at 14 Expertise (16 is needed with the Glyph to get capped)
You should reforged alot of your armor to meet these caps, I'd first use your legs as well and reforge them to either hit/exp/mastery from haste.
Glyph, I'd just say that Exo Glyph pulls ahead of CS Glyph but a little bit.

The point of inflection where Crit=Mastery occurs at about 2500 Mastery and 1500 Crit
