Doubt between 2 epic items

Recently, I dicover that with 30 EoT I can take the cheaper shoulders of Van cleef Tier http://www.wowhead.com/?item=48221. But, when I looked to the Emblems of triumph vendor at dalaran, I decide to save all the EoT for this http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47734
Please, can you help me to decide which one is better, or if there's a third option, please, let me know it! thx

Your first instinct was right, shoulders are much better than that trinket. You're over the poison hit cap as is and tbh, its just not a good trinket. There are many much more easily attainable trinkets including the one from the new 5 man on normal mode and the greatness deck, which is vastly cheaper nowadays. Aside from both dropping out of raids, both trinkets are also better than the one bought with triumph emblems

In all seriousness 232 t9 is terrible for rogues. Save up your badges for the 45 EoT 245 shoulders, they are much better...and real sexy .

So you advice me to save the EoT to the 45 pieces set? that's an option too, 15 EoT are only a week only with heroic dialies

It really depends on what stats you're lacking. You will want the Mark of Supremacy if you're really lacking on +hit. Otherwise the shoulders are the way to go. As someone else mentioned as well, you may want to choose the Duskstalker shoulders instead of the VanCleef ones. It's even possible to use those shoulders and still keep the 4pc bonus on Tier 9 by using the other four pieces.
