Warlock DPS Help Please.

So im now geared with pretty much uld 25+ and some totc 10/25man gear but i struggle to keep my dps up within raids.
On days it will be 5-6k throughout and others will drop to 4 and just hitting 5.

I use the right spec and am using the normal destro lock rotation..
Has anyone got any ideas on what might be causing this??
I know im not hit capped but that shouldnt make such a difference right?

Maybe your hit rating? its terribly low..

Edit: You need around 380 with supression

Being "close" to hit cap makes little difference (Though there is still a difference)... but you're nearly 100 short.

When your dps swings back and forth that much, its always hit rating. Crit doesn't swing that much. If you have a shadow priest or boomkin with poor attendance, that is also a reason.
