Mind Sear is so OP!

With rogue crit rates and 200% crits it's not a big suprise that FoK scales better than Mind Sear. It's getting out of control and blizz does what they always do, they'll tune it down for now but aren't fixing the real problem.

If shadow priests were on top of the meter than there would be another class at the bottom. In order to have one, you need the other. I'm sure in some near future there will be someone else complaining about how AWESOME mind sear is and how his blizzard/rain of fire/ divine storm or whatever needs a buff.

It doesn't mean that that the bottom class needs to be 30% behind the average dps and almost 50% behind the top on a multitarget fight which should be the spriest speciality.

BAD shadow priests are getting sidelined. I dont see myself at the bottom of very many dps metters. But I also see a Assassination rouge on the top in my guild....which is also getting buff'd next patch. Does that mean they are getting sidelined also?

The buff that we are getting isnt gonna do much for dps anyway. I will gain 40-80spellpower from it, don't think thats gonna make or break my raid spot. Hybrid doesn't mean for that fight you are dps'n then you heal, it means you have the option to heal if you would like. Warlocks, Hunters,Mages, Rogues can not do this so this is where hybrid comes into place. We also buff the raid, I dont see any top kills at the moment that didn't have at least one shadow priest in it.

So please go pick up your dps, learn to keep up your dots better and maybe pick up a mindflay clip add-on cause you must be doing something wrong in your rotation not to be taken in a raid.

Hear is a ligament complaint for Shadow Priests....I want more burst, to many times where the raid needs great burst really quick (ie Twin Pact, or Jaraxxus's Nether Portal) I am just standing there mind flaying and mind blasting the target praying to god that my peers can burst down the target.

Ok Starcaller Dollaa no need to start calling people bad. You probably are head and shoulders better than me, but from what i personally as well as 99% of shadowpriests have seen is that we are not competitive on meters. If you are competitive - good on you, but i dont know what kind of dps other people in your guild are doing that you arnt at the bottom. With 100% uptime on dots and a 7.5sec Mindblast we still are way lower on dps than any other class at the current time.
