Icecrown Citadel Realm First title?

Since there's been a title for realm first yogg +0 (Death's Demise) and Algalon 25 (the Celestial Defender) there's probably gonna be some sort of realm first achivment for Arthas/The Lich King either normal or hardmode. What title do you think it will be? Is it gonna be from hard mode or normal mode?
