How much gold can you average per hour of farming ores/herbs without using any crafting professions?

In the end it still depends how fast you can actually sell it on the AH.
At a "very rough" estimate, I'd say 300-400g p hour.

It also depends on how bad your realm is. WG used to be the best place to farm for me but the amount of hacked clients there now means it's rarely worth it.
