Disc ring enchants

I just leveled my enchanting for the + bonus to rings. For Disc in arena should I enchant the sp or the stam? Ty for the help

I don't know about priests, but maybe one of each? that can't be all that bad, and not all the great.. a nice medium?
I just like the fact that I can have a little of a and a little of b, not just go all out for a or b and leave the other one out.

thanks for the responds so far, my health and spellpower with no buffs is 21,420 and 2230 respectively.
