Update - Guilds started to kill him already, it doesn't seem to be a very hard boss and it could explains why it's one of the raid weekly quest. (Lord Marrowgar Must Die!)

He does lines of blue fire on the ground, some ice spikes coming up from the floor, and from time to time he does a bladestorm-like thing. Model is standard giant skeleton atm.
