Was going to change my undead dk to orc but I like undead enough to not pay $25. $10-15 and I probably would have. And no, I'm not poor. I just think $25 for a cosmetic change is a little steep.

Which is precisely why it's set at $25- they don't want the entire world of warcraft suddenly switching their race every 3 days. The cost is a barrier to entry, it's not "OMGAWD Blizz is sooo greedy captalizt", it's to set the marker at a place where you're obliged to at least THINK for a few minutes about whether you really want/need to change race, and only use the service sparingly where there's a compelling reason to change. And I expect the revamp of Racials in Cataclysm will make this academic for PVP, just a little surprised they put this live before doing said revamp...

I'm so getting flamed for this but here goes...This is just another way to make up for the canceled accts and less ppl playing, all signs point to blizzard doing anything to keep ppl from leaving. Remember once upon a time where this very idea would immediately been shot down from blizzard...
