Why runic power mastery for blood spec? DRW is a static 60rp these days, so those 2 points are kinda wasted. Would be better if you put those 2 points in morbidity.

Like Noxia said, ur blood spec is one from old patch. Either take Morbidity or Nigh of the Dead
