Just a quick Ret pally question

I'm currently lvling a Ret pally and was wondering if armor pen was worth getting or if i should stick to straight strength stacking?

If you win a roll on whatever's BiS for you at any time, that's one thing. Never gem it, never bother; it's not a priority, and only affects two of Ret's spells. Strength. Always gem Strength, or even Strength/Crit' cuts if you need to.

1. Read the stickies!!!! They are there for a reason and are updated constently (the Ret FAQ was just updated for the PTR 3.3 changes)

2. We already have 60% ArP basically, and only 40% of our attacks are affected at all by ArP.
