I don't know what you are talking about, but in my opinion the 4 piece set bonus of T9 is worth the substitution of Ony-head or emblem-shoulders.
But you would have to ask someone who is good at calculating these things to be absolutely sure (though I am fairly show the set bonus will pay off dpswise).
