Potion of Wild Magic Or Speed For Ret

Havent found any forums on this topic much, so i figured i'd ask here. Which would be better, 500 haste (Mini Bloodlust/Heroism) or 200crit (about 4%crit) 200spell power. i know melee swing is top damage on our meters so haste helps that and spell power is used in exo, judements and seal of veng ticks, so its hard to say which pot would benifit more
