confused by the glyph of conflag nerf?

when they were talking about the change in conflag, i didn't realize they meant that the glyph would be changed as well... if i'm reading it correctly, the glyph will no longer prevent immolate from being consumed... so that leads to the question of when to recast immolate... if i recast right away, do i end up clipping the DOT of conflag?...

The only change related to the immolate glyph is that it now updates the conflag tooltip.
I don't know where you read it was changed back to consuming immolate.
