Oh well, i was sort of AFKIN' in Stormwind, tabbing back in, seein' i've got the tailoring-cloak procc.
So i was telling it to some lock, and about 1 min later, it procced again.
Anyone else?

I think it can proc off of the health gain you get from fel armor. Not 100% sure of that.

Yeah it procs off health gain like above poster stated. Kind of weird when I'm flying somewhere and voila it procs lol

As far as I can remember it was proccing from fel armor's periodic healing some time ago but they fixed it. Now it happens again.
