3.3 [ENH] loot & BiS-setup

UPDATE: Addet the new Halion loot to the list. Yes im aware it´s technically no 3.3 loot, but who cares
Im normally reluctant posting leather items in a enh BiS thread, with umbral bracers being the only 284 ones however while also having sweet haste and a red socket however, i made an exception.
Like with icc 10man normal drops, i kept halion 10man normal drops out of the list, as it´s no ilvl gain from 25man hc pdok, and everyone regulary doing icc outa have his 264 gear by now

As always, the order im posting them in is not definite. you will still have to determine trough simming and using your head/common sense what´s best for you.

The order of the list is ( items at the top = assumed BiS items lower down = suboptimal ). The order i listed them goes after the criterium: highest ilvl+best stats > highest ilvl+lesser stats > lesser ilvl+best stats >lesser ilvl+lesser stats

Atm, we have wowhead links that currently do not show the items directly so you´ll have to manage with that. L0vef0lf found some interesting links showing icc loot after getting redesigned ( raw attackpower disappearing from gear, int appearing from mail, changing amounts of the other values and also Arp disappearing from gear, giving us haste instead ) i will probably use those links when the patch isn´t that far away.

..and also given that the AP is not all that more than the Quaking earth totem, will people be prioritising tier pieces/other pieces of emblem gear before the totems?

hard to say at this point of time. with fe-totem and fn coming into our priority-list, attackpower may become better again.

the good thing about the ele version is higher uptime, which may become an advantage when doing trash, as the shorter ap-totem buff may tend to run out between the pulls. on the other hand, on trash packs attackpower supports our aoe abilities, which may outweight the 5xhaste stack with only 1x ap stack after one nova.

a reason to upgrade your ap totem to the newer one may be to be less dependant of lavalash, as it´s currently used to keep the buff up.

i would personally go for the trinket and set pieces first, because they are good itemized for us and the set bonus is wicked.

Its probably a bad idea to assume things like this because you can spread false information that everyone takes at face value. I tested this trinket last night and for Shaman it procs the following

1200 Attack Power
600 Agility
600 Armor Pen.

So is this BiS setup using ONLY ICC gear? I find it hard to believe that Death's Verdict from ToGC wouldn't still be one of the top trinkets.

amazingly enough when i saw the items on rawr. i actually saw that AP gave me alot more damage. pluss i got about 20 more dps for using the SS totem. pluss the armour penetration trinket is actually amazing. the proc is better the death's choice. think there is like 100 AP in diffrance. and as i said when they first showed that trinket its supose to transform you to give you more dmg boost.

Please note I made a mistake in the calcs in v2.3.2 of Rawr.Enhance for the Deathbringer Trinket. I forgot that the trinket only procs one effect at a time and so the actual procs needed to be divided by 3 to get the correct stats value, plus I'd only added 600 AP not 1200 AP. All in all it changes it from a 550dps trinket to a 323 dps trinket. Sorry for getting your hopes up.

The tier tokens drop from (confirmed): Deathbringer Saurfang, Professor Putricide, Blood-Queen Lana'thel and Sindragosa.

It is unknown if one will drop from the Lich King (though I would say it is likely). There is no specific one for each piece, you can use any token for any piece.

sry, no leather will appear in this list unless it proves to be a major upgrade over any mail counterpart in that ilvl range. http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=51885 was implemented for a reason and im happy to not have to roll on other classes gear anymore. furthermore, expertise is easy to cap since ulduar. with epic gems and especially with jewelcraftergems, you shouldn´t think about wearing leather gear just for the expertise.

Not question for u shamans - i m in trouble i wonder if anubarak 25 normal weapon is better then gunship normal/ heroic axe with armor penetration
loosin 40 haste for those crit and unneeded arpen is kinda hard decision. what ya think?

The i277 tokens do drop from these bosses. All loot is available on the armory.
