Likely will not proc Strength, will likely proc AP instead.. since the Agi one doesnt proc Agi. But other than that the budget looks about right, maybe a bit high.

None of the agility dps are stacking agility any more though. Hunters will after they hit the arp cap but everything else will have crit cap issues. Paladins and dks will always stack strength and warriors will be stacking strength again as soon as they hit the arp cap. It may be a little unreasonable to hope for a strength proc considering how much it gets boosted by buffs and talents but I wouldn't assume that it won't have a strength proc based on the agility ring proccing ap.

Can't be bothered to dig it up but a blue post has stated that we are getting a strength ring in the next minor content patch, I'm hoping that mean next arena season when the new voa boss gets added.

Well considering every other ring bar the healer one has "Hit" rating on it, and that there is already an expertise ring from the gunship battle, i expect you'll see something like:

103 Str
110 Stam
65 Crit
59 Hit
Yellow Socket
240 Str proc

The strength ring will become available in the next minor content patch, which is the start of new arena season, January 26, 2010.
