200fps?
Uau compare that to 10fps.
I laugh when people are all "zomg i get 200 fps!11!"
Your monitor most likely has a refresh rate of 60fps. Any extra is lost, unless you hit a lag spike, the fps above the 60 mark is used as a buffer.
Amazing computers! I'm drool irl
Here is an old picture from when I was a truck driver. I had my tv w/ custom harness(lol) hanging from the top bunk. I had a ps1 I played on it. My laptop is an Acer Aspire 4520. Now that I'm at home I have a usb keyboard/mouse plugged into it and my 8year old, 19" Hansol CRT monitor plugged in.
Hopefully in the next week or two I'll be ordering parts for a brand new desktop. Will be spending around $800 (US) on parts and monitor, maybe more if my income tax return is larger.
This is the case I'm looking at right now.
I bought an alienware for $3,000 in 2005, by 2007 it sucked. By 2008 I had already replaced the GPU twice due to poor case fans and stock cpu cooler. Alienware tech support takes 2 weeks to replace any part. I learned in 2009 that building your own PC is the way to go.
Any intelligent person can put together a better computer than alienware for 1/3rd the price.

+a G9 Mouse, G15 keyboard, Megalodon headset (f*cking Windows 7 compatability) and an annoying Sony monitor which I wish to repeatedly hit with a hammer.
My backup laptop which is usually also on half the time:
P.S. Screen of the whole rig in action after my ritualistic monthly cleaning.
Nah thanks, I am not willing to pay 3 times the price that its worth just because theres an apple on it.Originally Posted by LightPulse

So I just recently got a new computer, it replaced my Dell. It's an eMachine, I got it from a person I don't even know and THANK GOD it was and upgradeable type. I'm in the works of getting new parts for it, but atm:
Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz, 4.0GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 4650

If I had a camera I would definitely take a pic of my setup. I'm also running two 17" monitors, hopefully going to get some bigger ones in the future after I replace some stuff. I'm currently using a Razer Death Adder mouse and a default Dell keyboard, going for a G11 soon. Oh and electrical tape covers up the "eMachine" stamp very nicely. ;D
@ Pika
Desktop picture is win
I'm currently playing on a 1.5 year old Macbook.. loving my 3 fps in 25 mans with almost every setting on low!
Hopefully I'll be able to upgrade soon if the tax income fairy is generous this year :<
