Players with crap GS dont bother me neither does class. But if after the first pull they do less than 1.5k dps i will then proceed to start having a few words.
My lvl 64 mage did 1.3k dps in a single target boss fight. That is my benchmark. if they cant do that then quit regardless of gear.
