Hrm, never had this issue before but here goes.

Now, I know that my explorer.exe is corrupted / not working. But the problem is that I cant replace it because both in safe mode and as normal I just get spammed by this error.

Any ideas?


Edit: One thing I think I can do is to download a healthy WE.exe file straight into the System32 file, but I'm not sure were to find a download link for it

Load a Linux Live CD, backup any important files, reformat.
