If you have the image saved on your computer, just upload it to www.imgur.com; when you upload they have the option of a small or large thumbnail in addition to the image link.

Dual monitor setup - 1440x900 for the main screen, 1024x768 (the first monitor I ever purchased, almost 7 years ago now). I think we all know where the wallpaper comes from.
