Not their best track, but something I am looking forward to nonetheless.
Can't wait for some new Kalmah, loved The Black Waltz and kinda fell off after that but I'm still stoked for it.

Definitely go for it, dude is among the greats in the avant garde scene.

Anyone have anything similar to Into Infernus, Xanthochroid or Empyrean Throne?

Upcoming shows: Frank Carter, Machine Head, Bell witch, Trivium, Trivium again (with Code Orange), Primordial, Havok.

    Some tasty stuff coming up.

Got my ticket for Clutch in December as well. Grand job.

Going to see Rings of Saturn with Nekrogoblikon, Electric Wizard with Russian Circles and The Well, and the final stop of the Slayer farewell tour with Lamb of God, Anthrax, Behemoth, Testament. Pretty decent first half of the year

That Slayer tour is outrageously good.

Hope we get something comparable in Europe.

I was at the Machine Head show in Pittsburgh when Rob walked out and told everyone he had a lung infection and couldn't continue. Up until that point (they got through 6 songs) they were fucking amazing. Hopefully they come back soon.

Clutch is always incredible; I keep missing Trivium.
Can't wait for Slayer/Anthrax/Testament/LoG. Never got into Behemoth, but I'm sure it will be good.
Sadly, the oldman nostalgia in me will have me ordering Metallica tickets in about 1.5 hours. I haven't seen them in years and I know they're not 20-something anymore, but if I don't go to this show I feel like I'll regret it.

Saw Metallica a couple of months back - they were brilliant.
They didn't play Spit out the Bone when I saw them sadly but the rest of the setlist was decent.

So... My favourite folk-metal band (Tengger Cavalry) just disbanded... Yay -_-'

Poor Nature G (their frontman), he'd just had enough of the music industry, can't say I blame him though. Awesome guy, even did a cover of fucking Wonderwall because I suggested it (as a joke) and even send me a video toast for my wedding. So... Here's to Tengger Cavalry!

Amazing sig, done by mighty Lokann

Some recent releases I can really appreciate.

Might have posted this before, but who cares. Pure melodic death, no way around it.

Proper (Melodic) Death Metal from The Netherlands (Where I'm from). Heavy shit, I really appreciate this. Favourite track is not on youtube though, but here's a spotify link:

My favourite album of this year so far. Curious if there's going to be some other releases that I'll like more (April Weeps, Kalmah, Immortal Souls, Mors Sobita maybe).

I also forgot about this one...

Last year album, but recently discovered.

Not sure where I even got the rec to check these guys out, but this band is probably my favorite recent listen in months. French pagan melodic death, think a more melodic Taake

Jamming this really stereotypical atmodsbm, hitting the spot even though it's the definition of 3 out of 5

Speaking of ded metel: Frank Mullen left Suffocation.

Guess there's really no point to the band anymore.
