Keep settings low to medium.
You have a mid-range dual core, and an integrated graphics card which isn't the greatest - http://www.notebookcheck.net/Mobile-...ist.844.0.html
Ideally to run wow, you'll want your card to be around #66 or better. Your card is # 148

Thanks for the reply. One more question tho, with my settings to around medium, how much fps will i be getting in general?
Depends..
If you disable a lot of the Vista features, you'll get a higher fps.
Probably aim for about 30fps not in raid.
My alternate machine is a quad 2.4 with a better graphics card, and gets about 5fps in raids with min settings - hubby uses that one and has recount running, and a few combatlog addons.. Combatlog addons tend to bog down the fps.
