Easy, so fucking easy to explain. Here is the flat and undeniable truth:

On their utterly lazyness they just picked up the rogue's Relentless Shoulders, changed the name, swapped crit for hit and threw it up on the new welfare WG gear vendor. The guy didnt realize that the godamn set is class restricted.

Take it as qq, but godamn is frustrating to see the most hard to get piece of the set falling on the hands of everyone at the begining of the season. I would even dare to say that is even better than relentless shoulders for some classes that needs more hit.

A mistake like this can happen, but LOL at this mistake making it to the live servers, really.
