I'm guessing that your framerate is fine outside of 25-man raids?

In IF its like 20ish 30 on a good night but thats it. In Dalaran it is 6 and Stormpeaks/Icecrown it is 10 at the most. ???

Both your CPU and GPU are pretty weak. I think your GPU is the weaker of the two, but really both could use upgrades.

OC means overclock, or make it so that your processor runs faster than originally intended.

Is this a desktop or a laptop? If it's a desktop, I found your problem.

    Video Integrated NVIDIA® GeForce® 6100 graphics

Integrated video cards "steal" memory from your system. Since you have 2gb memory, your video card is probably using 128 or 256mb for itself, and the GPU used on an integrated board is very weak. However, if it's a desktop, its pretty easy to upgrade, and won't cost you a lot of money. First question though: What country are you in? If you're in the US, I'd recommend http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102855, an ATI 4670. If someone knows of a better card for about the same price though, feel free to let me know.

You have integrated graphics, buy a GPU that will work in your system, but your CPU is weak as well.
