Previous Season Weapons/Offhands

Are we able to purchase previous season's weapons/offhands/wands?? I mean, now that we're in the Wrathful season, can I purchase a Relentless Wand anywhere from a vendor? Or are those types of items only available for the current season? Thank you.

You can't buy Relentless weapons. Only relentless set (honor + arena points), about 750 arena points + 30k ish honor for head/chest/legs. don't know the rest out my head.
Although! you can buy relentless Librams/totems/ etc, don't know if there is a wand involved.

S8 weaps are 1.8k team/personal rating. 50k honor + 1800ish arena points for 2h or gun/Xbow/bow

Not for me. I want to be able to purchase weapons/offhands for honor. One season old would be fine.

Yeah I know, Blizz wants to discourage people from bg's and force them into doing pve for weapons cuz bg's are overpopulated and queue times are too short.
