Note: I honestly can't make up my mind of you are tank or dps Since there are dodge reforges I assume tank.

Enchants: Armor enchants on back and gloves gives better mitigation than the agi and mastery enchants you have on.
Reforging: The aggressive mastery reforge is strictly inferior to dodge reforge on terms of mitigation. The only real advantage is that it is also decent for dps, so if you are regularily on dps duty I can see the point otherwise no-so-much
Talents: No comments.
Glyphs: You are running pure cat glyphs. I recommend Glyph of Berserk at least in the prime department and Rebirth and Frenzied Regeneration in majors.

Rating: Nice gear, but I find your reforging, enchanting and glyphing confusing and unfocused. 6/10

Head, chest and weapon enchants are personal preferance I guess, but anyone can recommend you +movement speed on boots.
The sudden reforge into Exp you'll have to explain though.

Ok, since explanation was requested I will give this. The sudden exp reforge is to stay dodge capped. My stat priority is to keep dodge capped on exp and non-boss capped on hit, then dodge all out. The reason is to keep aggro snappy and dps decent on adds. This is relevant on most FL bosses (Shannox, Beth, Ryolith, Alysrazor, Majordomo and Ragnaros to be precise.)

Regarding run speed enchants I have tried with and without and I honestly cannot for the life of me see any difference in my run speed. If I am in a hurry I stampede or feral charge anyways. So I went for these for an extra 10 agi.

I do like how you have 'just' over 2005 haste. Are you trying to keep bang on 1900 spirit too as your reforging is.. sporadic, but also looks clever. Possibly a sim did that for you? No upgrade to your fall of mortality?

Some nice gear, your a fair amount over the hit cap imo. I would also put 2 40 int gems in that chest and stuff the socket bonus, Same with the waist.

I guess youll be replacing the 359 ring and moonwell chalice when drops are available.

Looks really nice for having 4/7 hc, I really don't like the idea of not even having hitcap. I love hit and exp like many others.

Looking good! You could change the gem in your chest to intellect instead, you don't want to gem for mastery when you can gem for int. Also, try switching some reforges and remove spirit instead of other, better stats such as on the cloak, ring and boots. Of course, if you feel you need the amount of spirit you have - don't bother!

Also, you want to grab 3/3 Genesis in the balance tree and drop Furor (which is the worst mana talent we currently have). For the resto tree you could take away 2/3 from Nature's Bounty and grab Nature's Swiftness and 3/3 Living Seed. It's personal preference of course, but regrowth often drains your mana and I personall feel I benefit more from having Nature's Swiftness (together with the glyph) and Living Seed. With my gear you can basically spam Healing Touch so it makes your Nature's Swiftness a lot more reliable.

Reforging could be improved, your currently 0.9% under the hit cap, could also gain some more haste as well as hitting the hit cap exactly.

I recommend using a reforge website or an addon as long as its configured correctly then it's a lot faster and easier then working it out yourself after an upgrade, and more accurate.
