Glyph of Divine Storm + 5/5 Divinity + 2P T10?

I was looking at ways to improve healing as a retpaladin in both pvp and pve. It seems, at first galnce that the above combo would increase ret healing significantly and I was wondering if anyone else has had this idea and/or tried it. My question is this. Are the additions of Glyph of DS and 5/5 Divinity multiplicative or additive?

Does the above combo grant 30.1% healing for DS (multiplicative) or 45% healing from DS (additive) or some freaky combo?

That's a soloing/grinding/leveling glyph, not a raiding glyph. As previously stated, if this glyph is ground breaking to your raid, then you need new healers.
